Weekly and monthly rent accepted! The potential roommate would be sharing the apartment with only 1 Doctoral student. The apartment is in a new well managed building, and conveniently located( Freeman, Brookline). The building has a fully equipped fitness center, 24hr concierge, dry cleaning service, video library , community room for special events, active business center with computer and internet access. It is 10 min walk to trader joe’s, 12 min walk to whole food market, a walking distance to Longwood medical area and a few steps to train station. Sorry, but the apartment accepts no smoking, no alcohol , no parties, no pets, and no guests at least until this virus is under control. Sorry again, no males are allowed in the apartment.
